CAPTAIN – Phoebe Parthenoglou

Captain Phoebe is 34 years old and has been in the yachting industry for the past 6 years. She holds a sailing boat and speedboat license. She is always there to greet her guests with a smile and is extremely hard working. Phoebe has participated in delivering catamarans and monohulls from France and Greek islands. She also holds several certifications and licenses such as:
STCW, GMDSS, RYA Yacht-master Offshore, RYA Power Boat Level 2, Day Skipper Offshore, Padi Certification. She speaks fluent English, Greek and basic Spanish. She is in possession of 200 hours of YOGA Alliance Teaching Certificate and a pro-chef. Captain Phoebe joins the New Horizons team highly recommended.

CHEF – Konstantinos Mantikos
Konstantinos is 35 years old and has worked for more than 11 years in all kinds of yachts, restaurants and resorts including from preparing meals at Chalet "Gstaad" in Switzerland, to even cooking for the Greek Army. Konstantinos looks forward to welcoming his guests on board and introducing them to his culinary world. He speaks fluent English, Greek and intermediate French. He is a young chef full of energy, skills and passion towards his job. We are confident that he will serve his guests unforgettable flavors.

DECKHAND / STEWARD – Nikolaos Sevastis
Nikos is 32 years old and has been in the yachting industry since 2013. His working experience includes working on various sailing yachts as a chef, deckhand and skipper. He speaks English and Greek. His biggest strength is his appetite for work. He is very sociable, welcoming and looks forward to having guests onboard New Horizons 2. His hobbies include fishing / spearfishing, diving and water sports.
