Sail and Work Experience
Lau, a 29-year-old native of a coastal town near Barcelona. He began his
career in sailing and water sports such as surfing and windsurfing at a young
age and went on to teach them. Subsequently, he studied Navigation and
Maritime Science in England, where he attained a Merchant Navy Officer
qualification and gained the opportunity to sail around the world. Currently,
Lau ensures that all boats have the necessary facilities and comforts to
provide those on board with a unique, safe experience.
Job Description
Lau is responsible for the navigation, safety, the overall running and financial
management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient
operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety
procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations,
port, state, and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure
adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies.

She is a girl with energy and a positive attitude, she is looking for a job where
she can learn new skills, develop and achieve stability for future plans. She has
experience as a graphic designer but she has also worked in hospitality
industry. She is friendly and works well as part of the team. She has a passion
for knowledge of the sea, port skipper course.
Job Description
Nathalie has the expertise required on-deckoperations, respecting guest’s
activities. She is responsible for organization, management and cleanliness of
all interior.She ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest
standards prior to any and all guest trips.
In charge of vessel provisioning for both guests and crew, and all aspects of
daily life. When guests are onboard, she ensures they are properly cared for
and that all their requirements are met.
