Step aboard Windfall, a beautifully appointed Fountaine Pajot Elba 45 designed for relaxed, effortless chartering in the British Virgin Islands. With her inviting layout, bright contemporary interiors, and generous outdoor living spaces, Windfall offers the perfect balance of comfort, style, and easy island living — ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to experience the BVI at a slower, more meaningful pace.

Launched in 2019 but used for only one season before being carefully stored ashore, Windfall has now been extensively refreshed and upgraded for her new charter chapter. With new sails, a new generator, fresh hull paint, and a powerful solar and lithium battery system, she offers the rare comfort of quiet overnight air conditioning without the need for the generator.

Thoughtfully designed for life at anchor, Windfall blends indoor and outdoor living with natural ease. The spacious aft cockpit creates a welcoming space for alfresco dining and long, relaxed meals, while the open salon offers a bright and comfortable retreat from the sun. Forward, guests can enjoy quiet moments on the foredeck, and the flybridge provides a beautiful setting for taking in the views, enjoying a sunset drink, or simply feeling the breeze underway.

Inside, Windfall feels fresh, elegant, and welcoming, with soft natural light, modern finishes, and a warm onboard atmosphere. Guests can look forward to personalized service, thoughtful details, and fresh, memorable meals prepared onboard by their chef — from relaxed breakfasts and Mediterranean-inspired lunches to sunset aperitivi and dinners under the stars.

Accommodating up to six guests in three ensuite queen cabins, Windfall offers privacy and comfort for the perfect charter experience. With air conditioning, Starlink internet, a quiet and well-insulated generator, and a curated selection of water toys and onboard amenities, every detail has been considered to make life aboard feel easy, comfortable, and carefree.

From the moment you step on deck, Windfall invites you to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple luxury of life on the water — where beautiful anchorages, warm hospitality, and unforgettable BVI moments come together effortlessly.

Windfall offers accommodations for up to six guests in three ensuite queen cabins. All cabins feature private ensuite bathrooms with showers, high thread count linens and complimentary toiletries for maximum comfort.

Price Details
MINIMUM NIGHTS: 4, Inquire for less. For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense - $100.00 per person discount.

LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense - $50.00 per person discount.

Christmas: 1-8 guests - $24,000 Must end on or before 12/26. Inquire for different dates.
New Years: 1-8 guests - $26,000 May not start prior to 12/28. Inquire for different dates.

The rates include:
• Private Yacht & Service of the crew
• Local taxes
• Insurance for the yacht and the passengers (civil liability)
• Accommodation in 4 private air-conditioned cabins with ensuite bathroom
• Bedding, towels and beach towels
• Full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner including soft drinks, beer, wine and cocktails
• Consumables for the yacht (diesel, fuel, and water)
• Water sports on board
• Mooring fees, cruising taxes, yacht national park fees

The rates do not include:
• Cancellation Insurance and private insurance
• Premium beverage requests
• Dockage
• Transfer airport – yacht – airport
• Personal expenses (shore excursions, restaurants, and any other personal expense)
• Gratuity - industry standard is 15-20% of total charter rate, or more if service is exceptional.

Your Crew: Tiziano & Chiara

Tiziano and Chiara are a warm, energetic Italian crew who bring together a deep love for the sea, thoughtful hospitality, and a genuine passion for creating memorable charter experiences aboard Windfall.

As a couple, they work with natural ease and quiet coordination, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed, welcoming, and effortlessly cared for. Guests can expect attentive service, beautiful meals, safe and confident sailing, and a charter experience shaped by warmth, connection, and attention to detail.

Captain Tiziano

Tiziano grew up around boats, with some of his earliest memories tied to the wind, the sails, and the sea. He earned his first yacht license at 18 and began working as a captain by 23, turning a lifelong passion into his profession.

For Tiziano, being a captain is about much more than navigation. He loves sharing the best of life on the water with guests — from finding a peaceful anchorage and planning the perfect sunset stop, to helping someone try paddleboarding for the first time or simply creating the space for everyone onboard to fully relax.

Safety is always his first priority, but his style is calm, friendly, and approachable. He wants guests to feel comfortable, cared for, and free to enjoy the beauty of the BVI at their own pace.

Chef Chiara

Chiara’s background in luxury management and her experience with Louis Vuitton gave her a strong eye for detail, elegance, and thoughtful service. When she discovered yachting, she found the perfect way to combine her love of hospitality with her passion for the sea.

In the galley, Chiara brings the warmth of her Italian roots to every meal. Inspired by her grandmother’s cooking, she believes food should be generous, heartfelt, and memorable. Guests can look forward to fresh Mediterranean flavors, homemade pasta, beautiful breakfasts, relaxed sunset aperitivi, and the kind of thoughtful touches that make each meal feel special.

Beyond the galley, Chiara loves creating a welcoming atmosphere onboard — from setting a beautiful table under the stars to making sure guests have their favorite drink ready at just the right moment. Her goal is simple: to take care of the details so guests can fully enjoy their time aboard Windfall.
