His maritime journey began in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a marine technician before transitioning to work with rotary aircraft—an experience that honed his precision, leadership, and calm under pressure.

For the past 11 years, Jeremy has captained yachts along the U.S. East Coast, Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean, offering guests an unmatched depth of local knowledge and a steadfast commitment to safety and service. Fluent in both English and French, he’s known for his approachable leadership style and ability to tailor each charter to the guests’ desires.

When not at sea, Jeremy enjoys water sports, beach days, camping adventures, and time with his wife and young child. He also owns and operates Interior Technology Services, a Fort Lauderdale-based carpet cleaning company specializing in luxury yachts and estates—underscoring his attention to detail in all aspects of life.

Chief Engineer | Brandon Ferguson | American

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in marine engineering and a background that includes time on the rugged waters of the Alaskan crab fishing fleet, Brandon brings unmatched technical expertise and calm confidence to the yacht. Hailing from Washington State, he’s known for his friendly, can-do attitude and his ability to keep even the most complex systems running smoothly behind the scenes.

When he’s not fine-tuning equipment or solving technical challenges, Brandon enjoys diving, camping, bike riding, and cooking up something delicious. Guests may not always see him—but they’ll always feel the comfort and safety his steady presence brings to every voyage.

First Mate | James Bartolucci | American

Born and raised in Jupiter, Florida, James—known to most as “Ted”—has saltwater in his veins.
Although he officially joined the yachting industry in 2022, he’s spent a lifetime around boats and the ocean, making him a natural fit for life at sea. With a deep local knowledge of the Bahamas and a laid-back, beachy personality, Ted brings both skill and great energy to every charter.

He’s your go-to guy for tender rides, watersports adventures, and making sure everything runs smoothly on deck. Whether he's surfing, e-foiling, skateboarding, cooking, or just enjoying time with his dog, Ted's passion for the water and easygoing nature shine through in everything he does. Guests love his warm spirit, cheerful attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile to make every trip memorable.

Chief Stewardess | Logan Spanier-Marson | American

Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Logan brings Southern charm and a polished eye for detail to her role as Chief Stewardess. Since joining the yachting industry in 2016, she has combined her background in merchandising—with a degree from the University of North Texas—with her love of travel and the outdoors to create exceptional guest experiences at sea.

A certified Dive Master, Logan is as comfortable exploring vibrant coral reefs as she is crafting an elegant table setting. Her signature five-star service, warm hospitality, and ability to whip up the perfect Texas margarita ensure guests feel both pampered and at home from the moment they step aboard.

Deckhand | Steven Cavallo | American

of hands-on yachting experience to the crew. Holding a 100-ton license, he’s well-versed in all things maritime and especially enjoys sharing his passion for fishing with guests—he’s always happy to guide a fishing session or swap stories about the one that got away.

Steve is known for his friendly, approachable nature and is always ready to lend a hand or brighten the day with a few tunes on his guitar. Off duty, he enjoys spending time with his dog and being out on the water whenever he can.

Whether he's keeping the decks spotless or helping you reel in your catch of the day, Steve is dedicated to making your time aboard relaxed, fun, and memorable.
