Mahogany construction throughout; she has a gaff rig offering a classic look and handles well as a sail boat and can be considered one of the faster gulets under sail due to her careful construction. She is almost 100ft in length while still maintaining a 24M freeboard length to keep within the lower length regulations. She benefits from being fully air conditioned throughout. There is sufficient cooking and preparation equipment ready for service. There is also a stand-alone upright freezer and a beer fridge behind the bar. Meals may be served inside or out on either of the solid mahogany extendable tables that seat 12 to 14. All of the 6 forward cabins have shower cubicles with hot water and electric toilets and the aft master cabin has a wet room with a washing machine. There are sunbeds on the foredeck and the forward cabin windows have screens for privacy. There is a Cummins 400 engine with low hours due to personal use only prior to current ownership. The boat has all the requisite navigational equipment and had a new Garmin GPS system was fitted in 2012 as was new smoke and fire detection system. All lifesaving equipment is current.
