Previous work experiences in brief: he has been yacht industry for 32 years. He worked as a captain for Adam Voyages between 1991-2005, on Cobra Queen between 2005-2006, for Carpe Diem Yachting between 2006-2007. In the last 16 years he worked for the same owner as Captain on That’s Life between 2008-2019. He followed the construction, since the beginning, of That's Amore and now he's the Captain.

Sefa is the chef on board with 7 years of culinary experience. He stands out with his mastery of various world cuisines, practical skills and a clean, meticulous approach in the kitchen. With a focus on sustainable cooking, he delivers both flavorful and thoughtfully presented dishes. Sefa specializes in seafood, steakhouse-style cuisine, Mediterranean, and traditional Turkish dishes.He can prepare full kosher meals. Ali Duman is an experienced deckhand with 5 years in the yachting industry. Known for his disciplined work ethic, attention to detail and friendly demeanor, he plays an essential role on board. He started working as a deckhand on the yacht Enderim between 2019-2021. In 2021, he worked as deckhand aboard the Yacht Papa Joe between 2021-2023. He has been working as a on That’s Amore since her launch in 2023.

She started her career as a operation officer on a cargo aircraft. After one year experience she moved to the tourism industry in her family business then to the yachting industry. She has been aboard That’s Amore since spring 2024.
