Throughout his career, he has successfully led charter programs onboard luxury yachts up to 33 meters, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication with owners, charter brokers, guests, and crew. He is experienced in itinerary planning, guest relations, daily operations, budgeting, crew coordination, and maintaining high hospitality standards onboard.
Captain is known for his calm leadership style, hands-on mentality, and ability to operate efficiently under pressure while delivering a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Stavros is an experienced and dedicated Chief Engineer with a strong technical background developed through years of service onboard commercial vessels and luxury motor yachts. Having transitioned from large commercial ships into the yachting industry, he brings extensive engineering knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a hands-on approach to the daily operation and maintenance of all onboard technical systems.
With experience onboard both private and charter yachts operating throughout the Mediterranean, Stavros is accustomed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency. He works closely with captains, management companies, and crew to ensure the smooth running of all engineering operations while contributing to a seamless guest experience onboard.

Having served as both a Yacht Skipper and Deckhand on private and charter yachts, Kostas is experienced in daily yacht operations, guest interaction, tender handling, mooring procedures, safety operations, and maintaining high standards of presentation onboard. His background within fast-paced charter environments has helped him develop excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a guest-oriented mentality.
