Based on approved evaluations of the existing Hull + full engineering package already carried out, and fully approved by RINA Class, ready for starting up works for completion.

STAGE 2: 

Hull elongated to 54m, and Aluminum Superstructure completed with associated outfitting for piping systems. Complete construction and deliver according to the existing Exterior and Interior design by Internationally Awarded Designers. Yacht to be delivered branded/delivered by 1^st Class Shipyard

• Platform: The Existing aluminum yacht hull is suitable for conversion into 54m mega yacht.
• Options for financing can be arranged, through associated Greek investment bank.
• Engineering: Full technical package available, including naval architecture and systems integration, fully approved by RINA Class and ready to proceed with construction works.
• Design: Full design package available, for exterior and interior outfitting, by international award-winning designers.  
• Branding: Options for The Yacht to be delivered by a 1^st Class Builder, adding considerably in terms of its resale value and chartering rates.  
• Delivery Time: Delivery times are given, based on existing engineering and exterior and interior designs. In case of a prompt resale during the construction period timelines and delivery terms to be agreed upon contract signing with the prospective interest.
