THE CATHOUSE is a 2020 Fountaine Pajot Ipanema 58 flagship catamaran built for big, breezy days in the Bahamas and Florida Keys, with a light-filled interior and huge indoor-outdoor flow thanks to oversized windows throughout the saloon and cabins. She welcomes guests in a five-cabin Maestro-style layout: 1 Owner’s suite plus 3 Queen cabins—ideal for groups who want space to spread out. A key highlight is the expansive 270 sq ft cockpit that blends lounge seating, dining, and a sheltered daybed for book-and-cocktail downtime. Up top, the flybridge delivers separate zones for relaxing and navigation, accessed by port and starboard stairwells, plus a sunbed and protected helm station. Captain William “Tanner” Dixon
Captain Tanner brings a lifetime of hands-on marine experience and a true passion for life on the water. Raised around the waters of Florida, Tanner began honing his skills at a young age, working independently in a variety of marine trades including mechanics, fiberglass repair, detailing, vessel management, and boat deliveries. His dedication to the industry led him to earn his USCG 100-Ton Master License with towing endorsement, along with CPR and First Aid certifications.
Tanner’s background includes work with TowBoatUS, vessel management across a variety of boat types, private and professional deliveries, and charter operations. He has also spent years living and cruising full time, exploring destinations throughout the Bahamas and Central America. Known for his strong work ethic, practical knowledge, and steady presence at the helm, Tanner takes pride in both the labor and lifestyle that come with working aboard. His experience, confidence, and genuine love for sailing create a welcoming and capable charter experience for every guest aboard.
Stew Selina Madden
Selina brings a warm, attentive presence aboard, paired with more than 10 years of experience in service, vessel care, and life on the water. With a background in the service industry, vessel management, marine detailing, boater safety, and marine-grade sewing, she understands the many details that go into creating a smooth, comfortable, and memorable charter experience.
Her experience spans washing, detailing, canvas and sewing work, vessel support, deliveries, and charters across a variety of boat types. Selina has also spent years living and cruising full time, expanding her cruising grounds through the Bahamas and Central America. Her attentive nature, strong work ethic, and passion for the water make her a valuable presence both in the galley and on deck while underway. Whether helping with guest service, keeping the vessel organized, or supporting charter operations, Selina takes pride in elevating the guest experience from start to finish.
Together Captain Tanner Dixon and Stew Selina are a capable, easygoing team with more than a decade of combined hands-on marine, service, and liveaboard cruising experience. Both Florida-raised and deeply connected to life on the water, they have built their lifestyle around sailing, vessel care, charter work, deliveries, and exploring new cruising grounds throughout the Bahamas and Central America.
Together, Tanner and Selina bring a thoughtful balance of seamanship, hospitality, and practical marine knowledge. Tanner offers calm leadership at the helm, extensive vessel experience, and a true love for the work that keeps a boat running smoothly. Selina complements him with attentive guest service, strong vessel management skills, and a welcoming presence both on deck and below.
