Michał Czujko
Michał is the owner, captain, and sailing instructor behind the operation, bringing over 20 years of experience on the water. His voyages have taken him across some of the world's most iconic sailing destinations — from the Mediterranean coasts of Italy, Croatia, Spain, and France, to the Baltic and North Seas. His offshore experience runs deep: he has crossed both the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans multiple times, and has sailed extensively through the Caribbean (from Grenada to the British Virgin Islands), the Pacific Islands, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, and New Zealand. Few waters in the world remain uncharted territory for him.
But Michał is more than a skilled navigator — he's a natural storyteller and teacher. Two decades of sailing across every major ocean have given him an encyclopedic knowledge of the sea, paired with the calm, confident presence that only true experience can build. Whether you want to learn the ropes or simply sit back and let him handle everything, his passion for sailing is contagious. Every passage with Michał feels less like a trip and more like an adventure shared with someone who genuinely loves what he does.
Dominika Rogowska
Dominika is the heart of the onboard experience, serving as cook and hostess with over 5 years of experience in both guest service and sailing. She has worked across Europe, the Caribbean, and Thailand, building an intimate knowledge of destinations including Croatia, Italy, Martinique, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sint Maarten, St. Barth, and the British Virgin Islands. A seasoned offshore sailor in her own right, Dominika has completed three Atlantic Ocean crossings under sail — a testament to her skill, endurance, and deep love for life at sea.
Warm, attentive, and effortlessly welcoming, Dominika has a rare gift for making guests feel at home the moment they step aboard. She brings the same dedication to a perfectly set sundowner as she does to hauling sails in the open ocean — and that blend of grace and grit is what sets her apart. Her genuine curiosity about people and places means she's always ready with a local tip, a thoughtful detail, or a smile that turns a good day on the water into an unforgettable one.
Together on Board
What makes a charter with Michał and Dominika truly special is the combination of worlds they bring together. Michał's mastery of the sea and decades of hard-won ocean miles pair seamlessly with Dominika's warmth and dedication to exceptional hospitality. Between them, they've sailed nearly every corner of the globe — and they've channeled all of it into crafting an experience where guests feel both safe and genuinely cared for. This isn't just a charter; it's an invitation into a way of life that two passionate sailors have spent years building. Whether you're chasing sunsets in the Caribbean or exploring hidden anchorages off the beaten path, you'll be in the best possible hands.
