Ivan Troha was born in June 1997 in Zagreb, Croatia. From early childhood, he spent countless days sailing with his father, where he first discovered his lifelong passion for the sea. At just 22, Ivan transformed this passion into a professional calling, dedicating himself fully to life on the water. A true nature lover, Ivan feels equally at home on mountain trails as he does at the helm of a catamaran. He enjoys hiking, camping, and challenging himself outdoors. Since childhood, he has also trained in wrestling and boxing, disciplines that shaped his strength, resilience, and focus. Ivan holds a Yachtmaster license, as well as GMDSS and D2 Basic Safety certifications. Outside the main charter season, he specializes in yacht transfers and catamaran deliveries - accumulating thousands of nautical miles across the Adriatic and beyond. His calm presence, clear communication, and deep respect for the sea ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable journey for everyone on board. As a devoted partner and father to a young boy, Ivan has a natural connection with families. He especially enjoys spending time with children and teenagers - teaching them about life at sea, playing games, and helping them master water sports like wakeboarding, water skiing, and riding the donut. For families seeking an active week on the water, Ivan brings energy, patience, and a fun spirit that young guests absolutely love. Ivan also deeply understands life in Dalmatia’s islands, especially in Middle Dalmatia. He knows the local towns, bays, traditions, and hidden gems perfectly. Whether it’s authentic activities, family - friendly experiences, cultural spots, or local island spirit, Ivan guides clients to feel the true atmosphere of island life - far beyond regular tourist paths. He is passionate about discovering local wineries and gastronomy and always has excellent recommendations, especially on Hvar, Brač, and the Pelješac peninsula, known for their exceptional wines.

WHAT MAKES HIM HAPPY BESIDE WORK: Being surrounded by the people he loves, exploring wild and untouched nature, or relaxing after a long day at sea with a good movie or documentary.

Ivana Katavić, born in 1995 in Zagreb, Croatia, is a lifelong resident of the country, possessing an intimate familiarity with its diverse landscapes. In 2021, she achieved a Master’s in Marketing and Communications from PVZG, Zagreb. Demonstrating her commitment to continuous personal and professional development, she also earned a cooking degree from SKMER Acmer in Split. Working as a hostess combines two of my passions: love for the sea and making sure people enjoy their vacation by sharing some interesting facts and providing delicious home cooked meals for them. Extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally. I am confident in my ability to come up with interesting ideas for guest and crew meals. Organized, very tidy and an independent worker. In addition to that, I am very detail-oriented and able to take on and learn new tasks very quickly. My guests are extremely important to me and I always aim to make their experience travelling the Adriatic coast memorable. My extensive knowledge of the coast and communication skills are a great asset when guests ask for recommendations, whether it be local restaurants, beaches to visit or sights to see. In her own words, Ivana states, “In the nautical industry, I blend my management skills, clear communication, culinary expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the Adriatic coast to curate unforgettable experiences for my guests.”

WHAT MAKES HER HAPPY BESIDE WORK: She is a passionate traveler and likes fine dining cuisine.
