His career highlights include serving as captain of S/Y WYLDE SWAN, S/Y GLORIA, S/V BARK EUROPA and S/Y HELIOS, as well as taking on relief captain roles for yachts such as S/Y ELENA OF LONDON and S/Y MONDANGO. Job Description
Fosse is responsible for navigation, safety, the overall running and financial management of the vessel, crew and guests. He ensures the safe and efficient operation of the yacht at all times, including compliance with all safety procedures and regulations. He takes care of adhering to flag regulations, port state and local laws and regulations, and manages the crew to ensure adherence to, and a full understanding of, the vessel’s policies. He provides daily leadership for the crew and encourages team-work, individual growth and personal attention by delegating duties and supervising all crew tasks.

Her roles have encompassed running busy dual-season programs, new owner setups post-refit, high-profile guest trips, and regatta participation such as the St. Barth’s Bucket. She has strong event planning capabilities, proven during multiple high-end guest trips featuring live entertainment and private instructors. Amarja’s earlier yachting career also includes charter experience on S/Y RHEA and S/Y CHRONOS, where she structured interior service protocols and trained junior stews. Job Description
Amarja is responsible for the full management of the interior department, including housekeeping, laundry, guest service, and event execution. He has served as Bosun aboard ATLANTIC since 2017, where he has been deeply involved in sailing, charter operations, maneuvering, and ongoing deck and rigging maintenance. His earlier roles include Galley/Deckhand on S/Y GERMANIA NOVA, and OOW on two transatlantic deliveries aboard S/Y STATE OF GRACE, where he also handled deck maintenance and boat show preparation.
