Captain Fotis Limnaios is a highly experienced and dedicated yacht captain with over a decade of expertise commanding luxury motor and sailing yachts. A graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy, he has successfully led crews and managed high-end charter operations aboard prestigious yachts. His strengths lie in crew leadership, guest relations, itinerary planning, and ensuring seamless onboard operations. With a deep understanding of luxury yacht maintenance and regulatory compliance, Captain Fotis keeps every vessel under his command in impeccable condition. He fosters a professional yet welcoming onboard atmosphere, ensuring both guests and crew enjoy a smooth and enjoyable experience. Chief Officer / Konstantinos Maroudas
Konstantinos is an accomplished Chief Officer with a strong foundation in both the commercial and yachting sectors, bringing over a decade of global maritime experience to M/Y Axios. Born in 1991, he holds a Chief Officer Unlimited STCW II/2-IV2 license and a Master up to 3000GT certification. His early career includes service aboard LNG and crude oil tankers with industry leaders such as Maran Gas Maritime and TMS Cardiff Gas, before transitioning to yachting in 2022, where he has since held senior positions including Chief Officer on M/Y Liva and Staff Captain on the 62m M/Y Tacanuyaso M.S. Konstantinos is a calm, safety-focused, and highly organized professional, with expertise in bridge operations, ISM-ISPS-MLC compliance, deck maintenance, shipyard projects, and tender handling. He is also skilled in flag and class surveys, crew training, and budget monitoring. Fluent in Greek and English, with basic knowledge of Spanish, and with a background in electrical engineering, he is known for his leadership, integrity, and commitment to operational excellence. Konstantinos is a valuable asset to the team, ensuring smooth yacht operations and an exceptional onboard experience for guests.
Chief Engineer / Aristos Vasileiadis
Born in Athens, Aristos holds an Engineer's Class A Certificate and has been a vital asset in the luxury yachting industry since 2004. Starting his career on ferry boats, he transitioned to luxury yachts, where his expertise ensures the smooth operation of the vessels. Outside of his professional life, Aristos enjoys traveling. He speaks English, Greek and Italian.
His previous yachts include: M/Y Endless Summer, M/Y I Nova, M/Y Serenity, M/Y Bliss, M/Y Rock 13.
Chef / Diamantis Papas
Chef Diamadis is a classically trained culinary professional with a rich and diverse background in both private and Michelin-starred kitchens. With over two decades of hands-on experience, including extensive work as a private chef for high-profile Greek families in Greece, London, and Switzerland, Diamadis brings refined expertise and a deep passion for Mediterranean and international cuisine to M/Y Axios. A graduate of Tante Marie Culinary Academy with a prestigious Cordon Bleu Diploma, he has also held positions at renowned establishments such as Nobu and Le Cercle in London. Diamadis excels in preparing tailored menus, including gluten-free and specialty diets, and takes pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients, crafting exquisite desserts, and maintaining impeccable hygiene standards. His experience cooking aboard private yachts, combined with his background in media and sound engineering, reflects his adaptability, creativity, and commitment to excellence. Fluent in English and Greek and holding both Greek and British citizenships, Diamadis is a calm, highly capable presence in the galley, consistently delivering outstanding culinary experiences for guests aboard M/Y Axios.
Chief Stewardess / Giota Teskou
Giota is an accomplished Chief Stewardess with over two decades of yachting experience, currently serving aboard M/Y Axios. A highly skilled and service-oriented professional, she has led interior teams on a wide range of prestigious motor and sailing yachts from 25 to 75 meters, including M/Y LOANA, S/Y Burrasca, M/Y LADY VERA, and M/Y SUNDAY. Giota is known for delivering silver service with consistency and elegance, managing full interior operations—from meticulous cleaning and provisioning to seamless guest liaison, table service, and bartending. Her leadership ensures the highest standards of guest comfort and crew coordination, often extending her versatility to deck duties and tender driving. She holds diplomas in Maritime Studies and Hotel Management from IEK AKMI, with additional training in first aid and tax office specialization. In 2020, she co-created and lectured a successful seminar on yacht service in partnership with Chef Giannis Linas, helping train over 40 hospitality students. With a calm, confident presence and a passion for creating exceptional onboard experiences, Giota embodies professionalism, discretion, and unwavering attention to detail aboard M/Y Axios.
2nd Stewardess / Alexandra Mandila
Alexandra is an experienced and dedicated 2nd Stewardess who brings over five years of hands-on experience in the luxury yachting industry, both in private and charter settings. With a strong background in customer service and hospitality, Alexandra is known for her high attention to detail, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills. She holds certifications including STCW, Silver Service, ENG1, Powerboat Level 2, and a Seaman’s Book, and is fluent in Greek, English, and conversational German. Her yachting career includes roles on yachts ranging from 16m to 60m, such as M/Y Sea Kid, M/Y Malen, and M/Y Queen of Hearts II, where she has consistently delivered exceptional service, from cabin detailing and creative table settings to provisioning, laundry, and cocktail preparation. Alexandra is also confident assisting on deck with mooring and line handling. With a calm and proactive approach, she fosters a harmonious atmosphere onboard, always striving to exceed guest expectations. Now serving as 2nd Stewardess aboard M/Y Axios, Alexandra is a valuable asset to the interior team, ensuring a polished and seamless guest experience throughout every charter.
3rd Stewardess / Evaggelia Lignou
Evaggelia, our 3rd Stewardess aboard M/Y Axios, brings a unique and compassionate background to the yachting industry, having previously worked as a youth counsellor with Celebrity Cruises and as a kindergarten teacher in Athens. With a BA in Early Childhood Education from the University of East London, she has a deep understanding of emotional support, communication, and creating welcoming environments—skills that seamlessly translate into the high-end hospitality world. Her experience in activity coordination, behavior management, and first aid, along with her calm, empathetic demeanor, make her a natural in guest-facing roles. Evaggelia is also trained in safeguarding practices and emergency response, ensuring the highest level of care and attention for both guests and crew. Passionate about service and detail-oriented by nature, she brings warmth, professionalism, and positive energy to the interior team, making her a valued asset to the Axios crew.
Bosun / Dimitris Priggas
Dimitris brings a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise and deep maritime experience to the deck team. Originally trained as a professional car mechanic with over 15 years of experience—including roles in performance tuning, drag racing, and automotive engineering—Dimitris transitioned into the yachting world to pursue his long-standing passion for the sea and water sports. Since 2019, he has worked extensively as a deckhand, motorman, and skipper on vessels such as the Riva 88 Domino, Azimut 35m, and Technohull 999, gaining in-depth knowledge in tender handling, watersports operations, drydock maintenance, and general deck operations. He holds key certifications including a Speed Boat Operator License, Ship Security Officer (SSO), RO-RO Passenger, and STCW Basic Safety Training. Fluent in Greek and English, Dimitris is known for his problem-solving mindset, mechanical aptitude, and enthusiasm for high standards on deck. His passion for off-road motorsports, snowboarding, and restoring vehicles reflects his energetic and detail-oriented approach to every challenge. Deckhand / Triantafyllos (Vardan) Tokatlian
Triantafyllos brings a strong maritime background shaped by years of hands-on experience across both high-speed commercial vessels and luxury yachts. A certified Seafarer and graduate of the Marine High School (EPAL) in Piraeus with a specialization in Deck Operations, Vardan has served as a deckhand on various vessels including Magna Grecia (65m), SILY (50m), Carmen Fontana (40m), and the high-speed ferries Naxos Jet and Champion 1 & 2 under Seajet. His credentials include a Bosun’s license, Speedboat Operator’s license, Ro-Ro Passenger Ship training, Seafarer with Designated Security Duties certification, and SSI 1-star diving qualification. Known for his reliability, discipline, and teamwork, he has proven himself adept in both guest-facing operations and technical deck duties, including mooring, watersports, and general maintenance. Fluent in Greek and possessing a calm, courteous demeanor, Triantafyllos is a dedicated crew member committed to safety and service excellence aboard M/Y Axios.
Deckhand / Nefeli Dimela
Nefeli is a highly skilled maritime professional with over eight years of hands-on experience in vessel operations, supported by an exceptional academic background in Mechanical Engineering. A dual native speaker of Greek and English, Nefeli holds a PhD in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Imperial College London, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Materials Science and Mechanical Engineering. Her maritime career includes operating luxury speedboats throughout the Cyclades, managing solo daily transfers and cruises, and owning and captaining two commercial sailing yachts. With previous experience in shipyards performing maintenance, antifouling, and mast work, she combines strong technical proficiency with excellent seamanship. Her time as a mechanical engineer in both the U.S. and Greece further enhances her understanding of marine systems, making her a versatile and dependable crew member. Nefeli’s calm demeanor, leadership, and commitment to guest safety and satisfaction make her an outstanding asset to the Axios deck team.
