CHARTER FEE, season 2025:
A) Until May 31 – from September 20 .......................22.000 €

1. CHARTER FEE
Includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests in 6 cabins, a crew of 4 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, fuel for 4 h of engine work daily, generator work 24/7, fuel for tender transfers to/from the vessel, the use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, Wi-Fi, VAT of 13%.

2. FOOD OPTIONS
Half board: 490 EUR per pax/week, 70 EUR per pax/day
Full board: 730 EUR per pax/week, 110 EUR per pax/day
Extra meal charge: 50 € pax/meal. Discounts on food options for children: from 0-2 years of age free of charge, from 2-10 years of age -50% discount, from 10 - 12 years of age - 30% discount.

3. BEVERAGE OPTIONS
A) All-inclusive beverages package - includes Croatian quality wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, coffee,
tea, juices – 280 € pax/week, 40 € pax/day.
B) All-inclusive non-alcoholic beverages package – 140 € pax/week, 20 € pax/day.
The beverage options include beverages produced or bottled in Croatia. The charterer is allowed to bring beverages on board regardless of the chosen option. Additional beverages can be supplied on behalf of the charterer at the charterer's request.
The Charterer will advise prior to the charter on selected food and beverage options. This cost is to be paid with the charter balance.

4. EXTRA COSTS
- Port, marina fees, and anchorages
- National Park and Park of Nature entrances
- Dubrovnik visit fee on Split – Split route: 1.200 €
- Delivery Fee for embarkation/disembarkation in any other port except base port, if "empty leg" caused, e.g., one way from Split to/from Dubrovnik: 1.200 €
- Extra navigation: 70 €/h (This cost is already included in the Delivery and Dubrovnik Visit Fee)
- Fuel for tender-operated watersports
- Any other costs not specifically mentioned as included (e.g. transfers to or from the yacht/hotel/airport, shore excursions, guided tours, adverse activities such as scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting, etc.)

OPTIONAL - APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 3,000 EUR
A fixed APA of 3,000 € is suggested to cover additional costs not included in the charter fee, such as mentioned extra costs, shipping agents' fees, customs fees, and any special services or activities requested by the Charter Party during the charter. The APA simplifies the payment process for extra costs, ensuring the client doesn't need to worry about bringing or managing cash at the end of the week. Any unused portion of the APA will be refunded to the Charterer after the charter. If expenses exceed the fixed amount, any additional costs will be settled directly with the captain on board. The APA is optional, but if the client chooses not to pay it, they must ensure they have sufficient cash to cover all expenses at the end of the week.

NOTE: Gratuities/tips for the crew are not included, the industry’s standard is 5% to 15% of the base charter rate, given at the Charterer’s discretion.

Booking terms:
The option is placed on an explicit e-mail request and is active until an agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit is paid.

Payment conditions:
Deposit: 50% of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking.
Balance: 50% of charter fee + Other costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement.
Mean of payment: wire transfer to the account of the Central Agency.

IMPORTANT: The approved broker commission is calculated on the net charter fee (excluding VAT).
A commission invoice is mandatory - it must be addressed to the yacht owner and sent upon retaining the commission or no later than 7 days after charter completion.

OPTION REQUESTS POLICY

OPTION REQUEST

An option is placed only upon explicit written request and is valid until a clearly specified date and time, which will be communicated in our confirmation email.
We do not notify brokers when an option has expired or when a yacht is no longer available (e.g., placed under option or booked).
We do not accept multiple options for the same client across different yachts simultaneously.
PEAK SEASON POLICY: “First Come, First Served”

Due to high demand during peak booking season, we may apply a “first come – first served” policy. In these cases:
Options are placed only when the client accepts the charter offer and requests the charter contract.
The intent is to finalize the booking (have the charter agreement signed and the deposit paid) within the 2–3 day option window.
This ensures fair opportunity for all clients and encourages prompt decision-making.
