Meet Radoslav, a seasoned sea Captain from Bulgaria, bringing with him a wealth of maritime knowledge and expertise. He is a confident and competent leader with a diverse background encompassing naval, commercial, cruise ship, and yachting experiences, combined with proficiency in five languages. His skills extend beyond navigation and boat handling to include maintenance, business and personnel management, as well as solid engineering capabilities. Radoslav's excellent communication skills and friendly personality create a warm and welcoming atmosphere onboard, ensuring guests have the best possible charter experience. As captain, he leads by example, fostering a collaborative team environment while efficiently addressing any problems that may arise, leaving guests with lasting memories of their journey at sea.



Ivan Andreev Gerasimov | Captain (Rotational)

Meet Ivan, our dynamic and experienced Captain hailing from Bulgaria. With a lifelong passion for the sea that stems from his childhood spent on small yachts and fishing boats, Ivan brings an unparalleled level of expertise and commitment to his role. After a career as a Captain on large ferries, he discovered his true calling in the world of yachting, and now provides exceptional service and maintains the highest standards onboard SILENTWORLD. Ivan's leadership inspires the crew to foster a spirit of great teamwork, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for guests. When not at the helm, he indulges in a variety of hobbies, including scuba diving, water sports, hiking, sea fishing, and exploring classical literature, reflecting his well-rounded interests and appreciation for both adventure and culture.


Christo (Au Yuen Yan) | Chief Stewardess

Christo began her stewardess journey in 2021 and has since honed her skills on various motor yachts cruising the waters of Southeast Asia. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Christo excels at providing top-notch service and maintaining the vessel's interior to the highest standards, ensuring a truly memorable charter experience for guests. Fluent in 3 languages, she effortlessly communicates with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Beyond her work, she enjoys outdoor pursuits such as hiking, wake surfing, and kayaking, reflecting her dedication to living life to the fullest. She brings a unique combination of expertise, hospitality, and enthusiasm that enhances the guest experience and elevates the standard of service on board to new heights.




Juliet Lapu-Ag | Stewardess

Juliet Lapu-Ag, from the southern Philippines, is fluent in English, Filipino, and Spanish. She left home at 16 to pursue her studies in Cebu City, supported by government scholarships, and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from the University of the Visayas. Juliet began her yachting career as a Sole Stewardess and Personal Assistant on a sailing yacht. Her passion for the ocean later drew her to work on megayachts. Enthusiastic about water sports, Juliet enjoys jet skiing, snorkeling, and soaking up the sun. Her previous vessels include Spacecat (36m), Sea D (40m), and the Can (55ft Oyster).

Bernardo Valente | Deckhand

Bernardo Valente is a friendly individual who was born and raised in a small village in the interior of Portugal, yet has always maintained a special connection with the ocean. Upon completing his degree in management, he came to the realization that his true passion lay in working in an environment that brought him genuine happiness. Subsequently, he undertook a lifeguard course and swiftly commenced work at the beach. Since then, he has dedicated himself to continuous professional development, striving to ensure that the sea remains his preferred workplace.
In 2024, Bernardo secured his first position onboard a super yacht, an opportunity that not only provided him with invaluable experience but also enabled him to indulge in his passions for travel and exploring new destinations. In addition to his maritime pursuits, he finds joy in motorcycle rides, hiking, and savouring leisurely days spent at the beach.

Meet Astuti, our talented Chef from Indonesia, who boasts over 8 years of extensive experience in both yachting and land-based villas. Inspired by her mother, a remarkable chef in her hometown, Astuti pursued her culinary dreams with dedication and passion. She excels in crafting healthy, delicious fine foods to the highest standards, showcasing her expertise in Asian, vegetarian, vegan, Western, and European cuisines. Known for her optimism, motivation, and hands-on approach, Astuti thrives on taking on great challenges and delivering exceptional results. Her easy-going nature and excellent communication skills ensure seamless collaboration with her colleagues. She brings her culinary training to the forefront of SILENTWORLD, passionately working with great quality ingredients to create elegantly presented, nutritious, and delectable dishes.
