2026 Rates
45,000€ per week + VAT + APA for July and August,
39,000€ per week + VAT + APA for June and September,
30,000€ per week + VAT + APA for the rest of the months
VAT 6,5% (subject to change without prior notice), and APA 25% of the charter fee not included in the rates.

Charters for less than a week are only available upon request.

Alex Koumaris is a highly skilled professional chef with over 13 years of culinary experience, including four years aboard luxury catamarans. Raised on the island of Milos, his cuisine is deeply inspired by the sea, his travels, and the essence of Greek hospitality.
Trained in fine dining and Japanese cuisine, Alex brings together refined technique, creativity, and a strong emotional connection to food. His cooking reflects an adventurous spirit and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional, memorable dining experiences tailored to each guest.
