Name: Denis Schuldt

Captain Denis brings a lifetime of experience at sea, with a career shaped by both private and charter operations across the Mediterranean. Having grown up sailing from a young age, Denis developed his maritime foundation through early dinghy sailing before progressing into professional yachting.

With extensive experience commanding Sunreef catamarans, Denis has captained vessels ranging from 60ft to 80ft, operating throughout Greece, Turkey, France, and Italy. His background includes full responsibility for yacht operations, navigation, itinerary planning, crew management, safety, and technical oversight, as well as handling chase boats and tenders.

Denis combines strong technical knowledge with a calm, solutions-focused approach on board, supported by earlier experience as a marine technician working on refits, engine maintenance, and general yacht upkeep. He is known for his professionalism, hands-on leadership style, and ability to deliver smooth, well-organised cruising experiences.

Certified to Yachtmaster 499 GT with ongoing advancement, Captain Denis offers guests and owners a confident, reliable presence on board, ensuring both safe operations and an enjoyable time at sea.

Sitraka is an experienced chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality and yachting. Over the past decade, he has held key positions in high-pressure environments, including Executive Chef at the Louvre Hotel **** in Madagascar, where he led a team of 21 kitchen staff, developed innovative training programs, and introduced sustainable menu options. Transitioning to the yachting industry, Sitraka worked as Chef aboard the Sunreef Yacht 80, ATHENA TOO, where he was responsible for creating seasonal menus, managing galley operations, and catering to a variety of dietary preferences, including meals for children and crew. As well as cooking, he is also passionate for jazz and outdoor activities such as football and cycling. In the Summer he did a successful charter season on Seazen II, a Sunreef 70.

As the chef, Sitraka is responsible for the crew and guest meals throughout the charter, ensuring that the food is enjoyable, the interior of the yacht is clean and serviceable, and that all dietary requirements are met. He is a creative cook, varying her meals to provide variety and, according to the location of SEAZEN II, to have as much relevance as possible to the region being visited.

She completed a full seasonal contract onboard M/Y Lord of the Highlands, a 47.85m charter yacht, supporting the interior team during a busy seven-month season.

Her primary responsibilities included housekeeping, table styling, flower arranging, and regular guest interaction, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards and creating a welcoming onboard environment. Melissa is known for her attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced charter settings.

Trained in STCW Basic Safety, Food Safety, Powerboat Level 2, and Crisis & Crowd Management, Melissa brings a professional, eager-to-learn approach to every role. Friendly, reliable, and highly motivated, she is keen to continue developing her career as a stewardess within the yachting industry.
